· Tvättstugan takterrassen. Föreningen har fått önskemål om korrigerade tider i vår gemensamma tvättstuga på takterrassen. Det finns ett förslag vilket i korthet innebär tvättpass om 4 tim/gång. möjlighet till utökade tvättider per månad och tvättid på kvällar fram till 19.00. · Störningar i huset ! Det är viktigt att alla boende respekterar de ordningsregler som gäller när man bor i lägenhet, framförallt vad gäller tider, ljudnivå och att slänga ut föremål ifrån balkongerna. Det är givetvis inte förbjudet att ha fest Men tänk på era grannar.
Förståelsen ifrån grannarna ökar, om man informerar före.
· Silverfiskar Har ni silverfiskar i er lägenhet eller förråd Ring
031 364 43 78 och meddela att ni bor i Brf Cinnober ( adress Rundbäcksgatan) så skickar dom ut fällor
· Felanmälningar i lägenhet och fastigheten skall göras till Riksbyggen, det är dom som kan/skall lösa dessa

- More charging stations?
Is there interest in gaining access to an EV charging station in the garage? The association would like to map future needs regarding if/when it is time to expand the number of charging spaces, based on the 16 spaces we currently have. If you would like to register future interest, please email kontakt@brfcinnober.se. - Laundry room – rooftop terrace
The association has received requests for adjusted time slots in our shared laundry room on the rooftop terrace. There is a proposal which, in brief, includes laundry sessions of 4 hours per booking, the possibility of extended laundry time per month, and evening laundry hours until 7:00 PM. If you have any comments, please send them to kontakt@brfcinnober.se. - Disturbances in the building
It is important that all residents respect the house rules that apply when living in an apartment building, especially regarding quiet hours, noise levels, and throwing objects from balconies. Having a party is of course not prohibited, but please be considerate of your neighbors.
Understanding from neighbors increases if you inform them in advance. - Silverfish
If you have silverfish in your apartment or storage unit, please call 031 364 43 78 and inform them that you live in Brf Cinnober (address: Rundbäcksgatan), and they will send out traps. - Maintenance and fault reports
Fault reports regarding apartments and the property should be made to Riksbyggen, as they are responsible for handling and resolving these matters. - Contact with the board
