· Ny kod till Återviningsrummet, Borstbindargatan 2, är 4759#
· Ett stort TACK till alla oss 35 boende som hjälptes åt att göra takterrassen fin inför våren och därefter informerades om nyheter mm ifrån styrelsen, samtidigt som SKANDIAMÄKLAREN bjöd på grillad korv och dricka. TACK
· OM vi alla hjälper till att rätta oss efter tider och ordningsregler, samt att städa efter oss på Takterrassen, kommer det att bli en trevlig och förhoppningsvis solig sommar,( meddela på; kontakt@brfcinnober.se, när gasolen är slut)
· På grund av fortsatt dåligt ränteläge och ökade driftkostnader kommer månadsavgiften att höjas med 7 % och IMD-kostnaden med 5 % från den 1 juli 2024
· Boende på Rundbäcksgatan 16 och Gustav Dalensgatan 18 kan väl ge respons på hur ni uppfattar dörrfunktionen på entredörrarna, ut mot gatan

IMPORTANT! Recently, there have been both break-ins and attempted break-ins in attics and garages in our property.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO LET IN OR OPEN DOORS FOR PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW.
- The new code for the Recycling Room at Borstbindargatan 2, is 4759#
- A big thank you to all 35 residents who helped to clean the rooftop terrace for spring. After that, the participants were informed about news from the board, while Skandiamäklaren treated us to grilled sausages and drinks. THANK YOU!
- If we all help to adhere to the times and house rules, and clean up after ourselves on the Rooftop Terrace, it will be a pleasant and hopefully sunny summer. (Notify us at kontakt@brfcinnober.se, when the propane is out)
- Due to the continued poor interest rate situation and increased operating costs, the monthly fee will be increased by 7% and the IMD cost by 5% from July 1, 2024
- Residents at Rundbäcksgatan 16 and Gustav Dalensgatan 18 can give feedback on how you perceive the door function at the entrance doors, facing the street
