Ny kod till Återvinningsrummet på Borstbindaregatan 2:
Från och med den 15 april gäller en ny kod: 1582#.

Gemensam trivsel- och städdag – Lördagen den 26 april:
Vi bjuder in alla boende till gemensam trivsel- och städdag. Vi ses på terrassen klockan 11:00.
Efter städningen bjuds det på grillat fika (?) för alla som vill vara med.

Container:
En container kommer att finnas tillgänglig mellan 26–28 april — perfekt för vårstädning och rensning av förråden!
Koden till containern delas ut till dem som deltar och hjälper till under trivsel- och städdagen.

Grillning på balkonger:
Endast elgrillar är tillåtna på balkongerna. Använd sunt förnuft och visa hänsyn till dina grannar!

OBS – Med anledning av en incident fredagen den 4 april:
Det är oacceptabelt att kasta ut matrester, burkar, bananskal, cigaretter, snus med mera från balkongerna!
Detta beteende är förbjudet och kommer att få konsekvenser om det uppmärksammas av styrelsen.

Bokning av gästlägenhet
Gästlägenheten kostar 300 kr/natt att boka och det är möjligt att boka den upp till 5 sammanhängande dagar. Vill du boka lägenheten över en ännu längre tid? Hör då av dig till styrelsen via kontakt@brfcinnober.se

New code for the Recycling Room at Borstbindaregatan 2:
Starting April 15, the new code will be 1582#.

Community Clean-Up and Social Day – Saturday, April 26:
We invite all residents to join us for a community clean-up and social gathering. We will meet on the terrace at 11:00 AM. After the clean-up, we will serve grilled food on the outdoor terrace for those who wish to stay and enjoy.

Container:
A container will be available from April 26–28 — perfect for spring cleaning and clearing out your storage spaces!
The code for the container will be provided to participants who help out during the clean-up day.

Reminder about Balcony Use:
Only electric grills are permitted on balconies. Please use common sense and show consideration for your neighbors.

Important Notice – Following an Incident on Friday, April 4:
Throwing food waste, cans, banana peels, cigarettes, snus, or similar items from balconies is strictly prohibited.
Such behavior is unacceptable and will lead to consequences if reported to the board.

Booking of the guest apartment
The guest apartment can be booked for a fee of 300 KR per night and you can book it for a maximum of 5 consecutive days. Do you need to book it even longer? Send an email to kontakt@brfcinnober.se

Takterrassen

Styrelsen bjuder in till diskussion för att få in förslag på hur vi kan förändra/förbättra takterrassen.
Tid och plats: Tisdagen den 18 februari klockan 18.30, på takterrassen.

Hemsidan uppdaterad med:

• Brf Cinnobers Årsredovisning 23/24
• Dokumentet Vem ska underhålla bostadsrätten, som innehåller viktig information om ansvarsfördelningen mellan boende och förening.

Värmemätning i lägenheterna

Värmemätningen i föreningens lägenheter (30 st) kommer inom kort att redovisas för styrelsen. HSB kommer under februari att göra injusteringar i de lägenheter som har för låg temperatur (under 20 grader)

Brandskyddsrond

Anticimex har i vecka 2 genomfört en brandskyddsrond i föreningens allmänna utrymmen. Observera att det inte är tillåtet att ställa barnvagnar, cyklar eller annat material i trapphusen!

Anmäl alltid fel i lägenhet och/eller i föreningens lokaler/utrymmen via “Mitt HSB“

The Rooftop Terrace

The board invites you to a discussion to gather suggestions on how we can change/improve the rooftop terrace.
Time and place: Tuesday, February 18, at 6:30 PM, on the rooftop terrace.

The website has been updated with:

• Brf Cinnober’s Annual Report 23/24
• The document “Who is responsible for maintaining the apartment“, which contains important information about the division of responsibilities between residents and the association.

Heat Measurement in Apartments

The heat measurements in the association’s apartments (30 in total) will soon be reported to the board.
HSB will make adjustments during February in apartments with temperatures below 20°C.

Fire Safety Inspection

Anticimex conducted a fire safety inspection in the association’s common areas during week 2.
Please note that it is not permitted to place strollers, bicycles, or other items in stairwells!

Månadsinformation december

• Garagesopningen den 4e december var efterlängtad och blev väldigt bra, detta framförallt för att alla bilar var ute ur garaget under denna förmiddag – ”ni kan om ni vill”

• Årsstämman avhölls på Takterrassen den 28e november. Till denna årsstämma infann sig 34 röstberättigade medlemmar vilket också detta är en klar förbättring. På stämman antogs det nya stadgar, beslutades att gå vidare i arbetet med gästlägenheten och solceller ( inga klara beslut).

• Takterrassen är alltjämt ett stort bekymmer då de flesta tycks ha svårt att följa gällande ordningsregler. Styrelsen kommer att arbete vidare med att komma tillrätta med detta. Har du synpunkter/förslag, maila: kontakt@brfcinnober.se

• Mätning av vår inomhustemperatur i våra lägenheter pågår sedan den 9e december ( det mäts i 30 lägenheter) Utifrån resultatet av denna mätning kommer styrelsen att arbeta vidare med att komma tillrätta med detta, för flera, problem

• En uppmaning till alla boende. ANMÄL alla felaktigheter i era lägenheter och på fastigheten till HSB. OM ni inte får respons på dessa kan/skall ni kontakta styrelsen.

• Problem med Silverfisk i lägenheterna? Kontakta Rentokil, 010 470 49 50 hänvisa till Brf Cinnobers försäkring nr 25-2775977-02 och rekvirera fällor.

Monthly newsletter for December

• Sweeping/cleaning of the garage was long awaited and with a great result. The fact that all cars had been moved out of the garage prior to the work made the sweeping so much easier. Lets continue help and remind each other next time as well!

• The annual general meeting was held the 28th of November at the roof terrace. 34 members entitled to vote turned up, which is a great improvement compared to prior meetings. During the meeting, new statuses were approved and we also took the decision to continue to evaluate the eventual solar panel extensions and the future of the guest apartment.

• The roof terrace still causes headaches and problems since there seems to be difficult to obey the rules. The board will continue to work to find solutions to the problems, since we really don’t want to close it. If you have any feedback or ideas, please email us at kontakt@brfcinnober.se

• We are performing heat measurements of our apartments since the 9th of December, since a lot of members find the apartments too cold. A total of 30 apartments are being checked. Based on the result of these controls, the board will try to find a solution to fix this problem.

• We urge all resident’s to report any problems or concerns related to the apartment, indoor or outdoor, to HSB. If you don’t get any response; then you should contact the board.

• Problem with silverfishes inside the apartment? Contact Rentokil at 010 470 49 50 and refer to Brf Cinnobers insurance number 25-2775977-02 and order traps.
